The project’s outputs will be:
1.       A Master GEAR Package(in English), consisting of the following 4 booklets (in PDF format):
1.1.    Outline of the Package’s components and instructions for developing a National Package
1.2.    Guidelines for training teachers (instructions on how to organize, conduct and evaluate a training for high school teachers aiming to implement the GEAR Program)
1.3.    Teacher’s Manual (detailed instructions for teachers on how to design, implement and evaluate the GEAR Program in class). The manual will include many alternative activities that would provide teachers with the opportunity to create their own Package, including activities that meet the needs of their audience(s) and they feel comfortable to work with and provide the teachers that are not very experienced on gender stereotypes and IPV issues with the necessary information enabling them to implement such sessions.
1.4.    Student’s Handouts (to be distributed in class during exercises)
2.       Four National GEAR Packages (each consisting of 4 booklets in PDF format)– culturally adapted, evaluated and translated into 4 languages (Greek, German, Croatian, Turkish –the material to be used in Austria will also be adapted into the local Austrian dialect and translated into Serbo-Croatian for migrant students) will be disseminated in each partner country, including:

2.2.    Guidelines for training teachers
2.3.    Teacher’s Manual
2.4.    Student’s Handouts
3.       All the above mentioned publications in all languages will be included in a CD (20.000 copies)
4.       Project’s Dissemination leaflet: a 16-page leaflet will be developed for the project in 5 languages (15.000 copies). The leaflet will contain information about the project and the developed material addressed to students, teachers and the general public.
5.       30.000 Bookmarks developed in five languages (6.000 copies per language -GR-HR-TR-EN-DE)
6.       Training of approximately 210 high school teachers and professionals related to high schools (Guidance Teachers, Social Workers and Health Education Coordinators). 
7.       Implementation of GEAR Workshops to ~ 30 classes of high schools in Greece (Athens, Larissa, Achaia, Serres), Germany (Berlin) and Austria (Vienna). Approximately 750 students (ages 14-16 years old) will comprise the intervention group and ~ 750 students will comprise the control group, in all participating countries.
8.       Project’s Website that will be addressed to interested groups of professionals (e.g. teachers, IPV related professionals and organizations) and the general public, providing information on the project as well as its deliverables. The website will be available in four languages (GR-DE-TR-EN).
9.       Four joint Reports on the main activities of the project in the partner countries, namely:
            a) Literature Review
            b) Focus Groups and Expert evaluation of the developed material
            c) Teachers’ Training Seminars implementation and evaluation
            d) GEAR Workshops implementation and evaluation
